If a refill breaks and gets stuck, how do I get it out?

Here’s what to do if a refill or part of a refill gets stuck in the heating chamber.

1. Power off your device and wait for it to cool.
2. Using a wooden toothpick, carefully ease the refill out by pressing it against the heating chamber. Try not to damage the interior.
3. Remove any tobacco debris with a cleaning stick, wooden toothpick or similar tool.

DO NOT USE METALLIC OBJECTS, AS THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS.

To prevent broken refills, insert and remove them vertically, with no sideways movement.
