How can I trade in my device?

Our Trade In offer is exclusively for Ploom Club member who have had their existing Ploom X Advanced device registered to their Ploom account.
There are two ways to trade in your device:
  • Trade in online
  • Bring your device to one of our Ploom Partnership Stores and trade in on the spot. Locate them.
