Yes - Ploom points do expire.
When you earn Ploom points, they're valid for two calendar years. For example, if you earn points on 15 June 2025, your Ploom points lifespan will last until the 31 December 2026.
It's a good idea to check at the end of each calendar year to see if you've got any points that are due to expire, and see what your membership level is.
