1. Choose Your Device
Select your new Ploom AURA and get it for FREE* when you trade in your current device, for a limited time only.
Follow the link below and choose your Ploom AURA in one of four beautiful colours, available exclusively to members.
2. Receive Your Order
Unbox your Ploom AURA and experience true flavour. Be sure to register it to your Ploom account to receive 400 Ploom Club points. Then, get to know your new device, explore the Ploom App, and discover the ultimate Ploom experience.
3. Return Your Ploom X Advanced [Optional]
If you wish to return your old Ploom X Advanced device, package it up and attach the return label provided to you via email/with your Ploom AURA delivery. Then simply pop it at the dedicated drop-off points to return it to us for responsible disposal.
Register Your Device First
To enjoy trade-in benefits, you must first register your device. Simply fill in your unique registration code or your device's serial number below, click, and you're all set.
Where can I find the device registration code or serial number?
You can find your registration code on the leaflet inside your device's box. The format is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Can't find your leaflet? You can use your serial number instead. Remove your device's front panel and look for the 12-digit code printed on your device. Enter it below in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Get the Ploom AURA in Person
Head to any of our Ploom Partnership Stores to trade-in your Ploom X Advanced for the new Ploom AURA device. They'll collect your old device in store and offer you RM0* for your new Ploom AURA.
Speak to the Ploom Care Team
Call our Ploom Care Team at 1800 228 338 to let them know you’d like to trade in your current device for the new Ploom AURA. They’ll process your request over the phone and provide you with the next steps to trade in your old Ploom device.

No. You won't need proof of purchase to trade in your device.
If you've logged into your Ploom account and can't see the trade-in offer, this may be due to eligibility criteria or availability.
Note that 1 Ploom member can only trade in up to 1 Ploom X Advanced device.

No. Trade in is only limited to ONE device per member.
You can trade in your Ploom X Advanced devices, including limited editions. However, only the standard colours of Ploom AURA will be offered for trade in.
