Unlock Your Ibiza Moment 2026 Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Contest
The Unlock Your Ibiza Moment 2026 Contest (Contest) shall commence on 6 July 2026 00:01AM and end on 3 August 2026 11:59PM, both dates inclusive (Contest Period).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is an activity open only to Ploom Club members with registered device(s), who are existing adult nicotine and tobacco product users. The Contest must not be participated by any individual under the category of Ineligible Persons as defined under Clause 2 below.
In order to participate in the Contest, the participating individuals (Participants) must:
- be adults of legal age of 18 years old or above and legally residing in Malaysia;
- agree to these Terms and Conditions; and
- satisfy the eligibility under Clause 2.
3. Ineligible Person
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
- Individuals employed by or associated with the Organizer, its affiliates and related entities, including their immediate family members (i.e. children, parents, siblings and spouses) in any capacity;
- Representatives, employees or agents of event organization, project management, advertising or contestal service providers engaged by the Organizer, including its affiliates and related companies, and their immediate family members (i.e. children, parents, siblings and spouses);
- Individuals employed by third-party companies involved in the organization or execution of the Contest.
4. Organizer
The organizer of the Contest is JT International Trading Sdn Bhd, a company with registered office address at 6th Floor, Menara Manulife, No. 6 Jalan Gelenggang, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.
5. Contest Mechanism
Each eligible Participant may submit multiple entries in the Contest in accordance with the following activity:

Selected Channels are Ploom website (excluding third party marketplace such as Lazada and Shopee), roving and partnership stores only. Each Participant can only purchase up to three (3) units of devices in total (notwithstanding the device is Ploom Aura Glacier White, Ploom Aura (excluding Glacier White) or Ploom Aura Bundle under Activity 5). Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that his/her entry is received on time within the Contest Period. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period shall not be accepted.
6. Winners Selection
During the winner’s selection process (each a Winner and collectively the Winners), the Organizer will allocate serial number to each valid entry received and approved by the Organizer throughout the Contest Period (each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”). A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”. The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries (“Total Qualified Entries”). Assuming the Total Qualified Entries received is 2,888, the Organizer will compute and select the shortlisted entries based on the following:
- Selection of 4x Grand Prize winner: 2,888 ÷ 4 = 722. The following 4 Participants with Qualified Entries received bearing the following serial numbers will be selected: 722*, 1,444*, 2,166* and so forth (*computation examples: 722, 722+722= 1,444, 1,444+722=2,166)
- Selection of 150x Consolation Prize winner: The valid entry belonging to the first 150 unique Participants excluding the 4x Grand Prize Winners.
For avoidance of doubt, the Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest, including eligibility, validation of entries, winner selection, prize allocation and disqualification, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant, invalidate any entry or withhold Prizes where the Organizer reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, false information, tampered proof of purchase, unauthorised use of referral codes, or any conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
7. Notification, Verification and Contact of Winners
The Winners will be notified in writing by email within 14 working days after the end of Contest Period. The Winners will have 3 days to revert to the Organizer and accept the Contest prize. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a substitute winner. The Participant is responsible for checking spam filters to ensure receipt of the prize notification. The Organizer is not liable for any prize claimed late due to a prize notification being overlooked or not read for any reason. The Winner may be requested to provide the Organizer with additional information (including but not limited to the Winner’s personal data) and to sign any documents deemed necessary by the Organizer to enable such Winner to collect the Prize.
8. Prizes
The Contest prize consists of the following:
- 4x Grand Prize: A trip for the Winner and one guest designated by the Winner (Guest) to the Unlock Your Ibiza Moment 2026, in which Ploom is participating, in Ibiza, Spain (Event), including the following items:
(1)One round-trip flight ticket for each of the Winner and the Guest from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Ibiza Airport (IBZ), and (2)Accommodation in Ibiza, Spain for the Winner and the Guest for 4 nights during the Event from 4 September 2026 to 8 September 2026.
* The Grand Prize shall not include any transport to KLIA, any items not listed in the itinerary (such as meals, optional activities and transport), airport/transit/in-flight expenses, roaming/mobile data, travel insurance, passport charges, excess airport taxes from the flight tickets, excess baggage, extra beds, and any other costs incurred due to the divert from the Event’s itinerary as requested by Winner(s). - 150x Consolation Prize: A random design selection of Ploom AURA Limited Edition Ushuaïa Ibiza Front Panel
Each a Prize, together Prizes. For avoidance of doubt, a Winner may only win one Prize.
The Prizes are subject to the Winner’s acceptance to attend a Ploom activation (Ploom Activation) during the Event.
The Guest must be of legal age under the laws of Malaysia, but in any case, at least 18 years of age. The Guest must also agree to these Terms and Conditions, as applicable. If the Guest is not an existing adult nicotine and tobacco product user, the Guest shall not participate in the Ploom Activation or any nicotine and tobacco product branded activities organized by the Organizer during the Event.
Rules about the flights and accommodation:
(1)The flights and accommodation will be booked by the Organizer or third parties designated by the Organizer. (2)The hotel room has been paid for in advance and breakfast will be included at the hotel. The Winner and the Guest are responsible for paying for any additional costs (including, but not limited to, food, beverages, minibar, in-room entertainment, internet, telephone calls and spa items) charged to their rooms whilst staying at the hotel. The hotel may take a copy of any valid debit or credit card of the Winner and/or Guest at check-in for this purpose and the hotel may refuse check-in if a valid debit or credit card is not provided at the time of check-in. (3)The Organiser shall have full discretion over further details of the flights and accommodation options (including, without limitation, specific dates, flight options, room types, and other arrangements). (4)The acceptance of Grand Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective airlines, hotels, venues, event organizers, travel agents and other third-party service providers.
9. Prize restrictions
The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Prizes are subject to availability (including, without limitation, the available flights and accommodation).
10. Prize forfeiture
The Prizes shall be forfeited and shall not be redeemable for cash or other prizes, nor give rise to any further claims against the Organizer, if the Winner and/or the Guest (i) provides inaccurate personal data, (ii) fails to provide the required consent, (iii) fails to agree to the attendance of the Event or Ploom Activation, or (iv) is not able to accept the Prizes for any reason not attributable to the Organizer (including, without limitation, visa restrictions), resulting in the failure to award the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, if such failure occurs in respect of either the Winner or the Guest, the entire Prizes shall be forfeited. In such event, the Organizer has the discretion to select another Winner for the Prize. The Organizer reserves the right to claim any non-refundable costs incurred by the Organizer due to the prize forfeiture. The Winner and the Guest are solely responsible to arrange for any visas required for entry into Spain.
11. Privacy
The Participants, the Winners, and the Guests acknowledge that the Organizer or third parties designated by the Organizer will use their personal data for the purpose of execution of the Contest and the Prizes only. The Participants, the Winners, and the Guests understand that they may withdraw from the Contest at any time and in such case they will no longer be eligible for participating in the Contest or winning the Prizes. The Winner represents and warrants that his/her Guest is an adult and has accepted being contacted by the Organizer for the purpose of executing the Prizes.
12. Publications
The Winner expressly grants the Organizer permission to publicise, broadcast, or otherwise disclose his or her name, character, likeness, statements, or photographs for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice. The Winner also understands and agrees that the Organizer may share his/her contact information with third parties in order to facilitate the transfer, award, delivery or fulfillment of any Prizes mentioned above. The Winner also agrees to be filmed or interviewed by the Organizer or third parties designated by the Organizer in relation to the Contest and/or Event.
13. Disqualification
The Participants, the Winners, and the Guests acknowledge that the interest and good reputation of the Organizer are of paramount importance. The Participants, the Winners and the Guests shall not, by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring the Organizer into disrepute. Weapons, sharp knives, drugs or illegal substances are not permitted at any time during the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant from the Contest, or to withdraw the Prizes from a Winner and/or a Guest and exclude the Winner and/or the Guest (and the accompanied Winner or Guest, whichever is the case) from the Event, if such Participant, Winner or Guest:
(1)Tbreaches any material obligation under these Terms and Conditions, (2)Tappears on a sanctions list imposed by any country, (3)Tengages in business activities that compete with the Organiser, or (4)Tis found to be in possession of one of the forbidden items, or under the influence of illegal substances, or maintains a disruptive, offensive, aggressive or dangerous behaviour, at any time during the Event.
14. Compliance and indemnity
The Participants, the Winner and the Guests shall abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Participants shall abide by all laws applicable to the Contest. The Winners and the Guests shall abide by all laws applicable to the Contest and the Prizes, as well as the applicable terms and conditions of the persons involved in the provision of the Contest and the Prizes (e.g., airline and hotel policies). The Participants, the Winners and the Guests shall indemnify and hold the Organizer, as well as their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, harmless against any and all liabilities and claims arising out of, or in connection with a violation of such applicable laws, any applicable provider's terms and conditions, and these Terms and Conditions.
15. Costs and taxes
The Participants, the Winners and the Guests are responsible for all costs and expenses related to participating in the Contest (including, without limitation, internet access costs) or accepting the Prizes (including, without limitation, visa costs). The Prizes may incur taxes or duties in the country in which the Winner and the Guest reside. The Winner and the Guest are responsible for covering all such payments, taxes and duties. In case a Winner or the Guest refuses to pay associated taxes and duties, the Prizes shall be forfeited and shall not be redeemable for cash or other prizes, nor give rise to any further claims against the Organizer.
16. Insurance and liability
The Winner and the Guest are responsible for arranging their own insurance in relation to accepting the Prizes and for the valuables they bring to the Event. the Organizer is not responsible for any change to or cancellation of the awarded flight and/or accommodation for any reason not attributable to the Organizer, nor for any liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance of the Prizes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Organizer’s liability for death, personal injury, breach of material contractual obligations, or damages resulting from the Organizer’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations caused by simple negligence, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of agreement.
17. Modification or termination of the Contest
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Such circumstances include, without limitation, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strikes, industrial disputes, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, supervening legislation, technical failures (including computer viruses, manipulation of, or errors in software or hardware), or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, or where it is otherwise not possible to ensure the proper execution of the Contest or the awarding of the Prizes for technical or legal reasons, the Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest or the awarding of the Prizes, in whole or in part. The Organizer shall endeavor to minimize the impact on Participants in order to avoid excessive disappointment.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable for any reason, it shall be adjusted rather than voided, if possible, in order to achieve the intent of the parties to the fullest extent possible. In any event, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent possible.
