Top 5 Unlock Your Ibiza Moment FAQs
The contest is open to Ploom Club members aged 18 and above, legally residing in Malaysia, with a registered Ploom device in their account.
You can earn entries through qualifying actions during the Contest Period, including successful referrals, eligible Ploom AURA device purchases, and eligible accessories purchases via Selected Channels.
*Eligible purchases must be made via Ploom website, roving, or partnership stores only. Third-party marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee are excluded. T&Cs apply.
A referral is considered successful when your referred adult smoker friend registers for Ploom Club using your referral code, purchases a Ploom AURA device, registers the device during the Contest Period, and is verified as valid by the Organizer. You can check your referral status under My Referrals in your Ploom Club account.
Winners will be notified via email within 14 working days after the Contest Period ends. Selected winners must respond within 3 days to accept the prize, otherwise the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a substitute winner.
The Grand Prize includes round-trip flight tickets for the winner and one guest from KLIA to Ibiza Airport, and accommodation in Ibiza, Spain for 4 nights during the Event.
